I'm working on a new drawing. I even made a moodboard for it (something I never do), I'm surely going to make a background for this one! It's supposed to be some sort of female superhero 
Edit: Downsized the head a little bit and changed the face in the process, I also decided to make some quick changes on the hair to give it a more natural flow.
Edit: I added some extra cloth (capes), did some more work on the hair, shaded everything and added a background plus some light effects and a last color edit. And the most obvious change being that I mirrored the picture.
-Name: She is known as the Lightning Queen, her real name is unkown and she calls herself "Jane Doe" in daily life.
-Gender: Female
-Length: 180 cm's (she is generally slim and tall though she has feminine curves)
-Age: About 24/25
-Race: She is part human and part mystery
-Appearance: long wavy/straight white hair (almost luminant), dark blue eyes, somewhat tanned skintone.
-Clothing: Her pants and top are leather with gold shoulderpads, a white belt with pink gemstones falls loosely on her hips (it's an accessory, the leather pants is quite tight anyways), a white strap holds up her leather glove for the hand she doesn't use to shoot lightning. She is wearing some see-through black cloth (this is optional because it's not very practical and more to make a certain impact), she likes to walk on bare feet.
-Characteristics: She is very aggressive when she's in a fight but generally likes to keep her distance, she seems somewhat arrogant but is often just misunderstood. She can't take injustice and will try to get rid of evil persons when the weather is bad, in such a night she get's really crazy and many (bad) people will fall victim to her powers. She is quite the loner and doesn't like company.
-Special traits: Her lightning is pink, she can only shoot it from her left hand for some reason.

Oc's are always fun to draw. Probably one of the most challenging aspects of doing interpretations is one with mysterious characters. The color black is often in association with sophistication and mystery. The fingerless glove, the cape, and the head piece are important elements that will visually aid me in my interpretations. With these elements in mind, I now look to her expression, and her style of clothing, along with her characteristics. With lightening that only comes from one of her hand, I get a visual impression that she could have originated from a amazonian type environment. Her preference of being bare footed shares some indication of her fighting style, that may suggest she is very agile and quick. But even her overall outfit is very light which also contributes greatly to the impression.
Her expression is that of a very stern leader. The color purple that I see on her belt, is often associated with dominance. And of course since she is a Queen, being of a royal position can be a lofty one. Used to governing alone, company may only hamper her ability to make difficult decisions. experience is what made her the tough as nails person that she is. Fighting during bad weathers, suggest that she also posses the mind of a tactician. Preferring to keep a low profile with the name "Jane Doe", The less she is associated with anyone around her, the easier it would be for her to carry out her heroic duties.
